Winamac Athletics- Home of the Warriors

The Winamac Varsity Soccer team traveled to Rochester and won 3-2. Winamac gave up an early goal to Rochester, but battled back to score 2 goals before halftime to hold a 2-1 lead going into the second half. The second half was a fast paced physical matchup with Rochester tying the game up at 2 before Winamac's aggressive play allowed them to get the final goal of the game on a rebound shot late in the game. Sean Stark scored all 3 goals for Winamac with several others having attempts that didn't find the net. Winamac's next game is Monday 9/29 when they travel to Westville for a 6 PM EST game.
