Runs At A Premium As Winamac Warriors Varsity Defeats Twin Lakes

Both teams were strong in the circle Monday, but Winamac Warriors Varsity defeated Twin Lakes 2-1. Brooke Rausch allowed just five hits to Twin Lakes. Rausch was the winning pitcher for Winamac Warriors Varsity. Rausch allowed five hits and one run over seven innings, striking out six. McKenna Wilson took the loss for Twin Lakes. Wilson surrendered two runs on five hits over seven innings, striking out six and walking one. Makayla Werner led Winamac Warriors Varsity with two hits in three at bats. Winamac Warriors Varsity was sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error. Emma Goodman had the most chances in the field with eight.
