Winamac Warriors Varsity watched the game slip away early and couldn't recover in a 7-0 loss to Logansport on Thursday. Logansport scored on a single by Kellyn Cripe, a single by Kendra Sutton, and a double by Kinzie Byrd in the first inning. The Winamac Warriors Varsity struggled to put runs on the board and had a tough time defensively containing Logansport, giving up seven runs. Logansport got things moving in the first inning. Cripe singled on a 2-2 count, scoring one run. One bright spot for Winamac Warriors Varsity was a single by Corrin Combs in the second inning. Natalee Packard took the win for Logansport.
