Winamac Athletics- Home of the Warriors

The Winamac Varsity Football team opened the 2025 season Friday on the road against West Central. The Trojans defeated the Warriors by a score of 24 to 8. Tearson Wolford had 13 rushes for 48 yards. Ethan Burgess had two catches for 72 yards and 1 touchdown on a pass from Xavier Adriano. Defensively, Wolford had 11 tackles, and Ivan Cardenas and Cody Wheeler both had a fumble recovery. The Warriors will be at home next Friday, taking on the Frontier Falcons at 7:00 PM.
