Winamac Varsity vs Pioneer (11 - 1) Win Good pitching and solid hitting led the Warriors to victory tonight against conference opponent Pioneer. Winamac had 14 hits on the night. Corrin Combs went 4 for 4 including a home run and a double. Brooke Rausch went 2 for 4 with a double and 4 RBI's, and Lauren Bruce was 2 for 4 with 2 RBI's. Grace Roth was 2 for 3 with a double, and Linzy Walters was 2 for 3 with two singles. Brody Goodman and Makayla Werner each added a hit. Brooke Rausch picked up the win in the circle. Rausch pitched 5 innings, had 4 strikeouts, and gave up one run (unearned). Adrianna Hall pitched one inning in relief, striking out one.
