Winamac Athletics

The Winamac Warriors boys basketball team traveled to Rensselaer Central High School last Friday to wrap up their season against a very good Bombers team. The Bombers jumped out to a 26-12 first quarter lead and the Warriors were never able to recover. Jayse Bentle lead the Warriors with 16 pointers. John Malchow struggled from the field but added 6 assists and 5 rebounds. The Warriors travel to Rochester Tuesday evening to begin IHSAA sectional play @ 6pm against the North Miami Warriors.
