Winamac Athletics

The Cross Country team finished their season at the Semi State meet at New Prairie today. The girls raced first and finished with an overall team placement of 18th. Maggie Smith let led the team with an 84th place finish. Kandace Kroft was next for the girls with a 100th place finish. Finishing for the girls were: Maggie Smith - 84th Kandace Kroft - 100th Kelsey Wegner - 113th Kadence Hoover - 115th Ariana Gualajara - 151st Avery Wegner - 163rd Claire Goodman - 173rd Kolebey Wegner raced for the boys. It ended up being a tough race for Kolbey, he lost a shoe early in the race and finished with just one shoe. Kolbey ended up finishing 107th place.
