Winamac Athletics- WARRIOR MENTALITY

The Winamac JV Football Team played its first game of the season Monday night against Tippecanoe Valley. The Vikings defeated the Warriors 52-12. The team was able to gain valuable experience against a 3A opponent, and the young Warriors played better as the game went on. Jager Terry scored on a touchdown run and a touchdown pass from Parker Abbott. Cameron Hilton and Chandler Howard led the team defensively. The next game for the JV Warriors is scheduled for next Monday at North Newton.
