Winamac Athletics

Winamac traveled to N Judson to play the host Buejays in the first round of the sectionals. Winamac was on the wrong end of a 5~6 score. Brody Wenzler threw 4 innings for Winamac allowing 6 runs, 1 earned, while allowing 3 hits , walking 5 and striking out 8. Addison Allen pitched the final 2 innings allowing 0 runs, 0 hits, walking 2 and striking out 1. Wyatt Wheeler had 2 hits for Winamac. John Malchow had a grand slam driving in 4. Maddox Bucinski and Brody Wheeler each had a double. Malchow had 4 RBI’s for the Warriors.
