Winamac Athletics- WARRIOR MENTALITY

The Lady Warriors traveled to Royal Center on Thursday night for a chance at the HNAC trophy against the Pioneer Panthers. While the Warriors stuck out three tough matches, points didn't fall in their favor most of the match. With final scores of 13-25, 9-25, 14-25, the Warriors made a lot of in game adjustments against the possible sectional opponents. "The girls did a great job of adjusting to a few different positions and line ups last night. We usually struggle with adjustments on the fly like that, but they battled through and really helped each other on the court. We had some great rallies and good plays, just not enough that fell in our favor though." commented Coach Kasten. The Lady Warriors will be back in action on Tuesday night at home for Grandparent's Night against Argos.
