Winamac Athletics

The Winamac Girls Basketball Varsity & JV both lost games on the road at Manchester. The varsity got outplayed from the tip and lost 64-48. Marissa Iverson played well scoring 19 points, grabbing 13 rebounds, and getting 3 steals. Kandace Kroft scored 16 points and had 4 rebounds. The varsity drops to 4-3. The JV game went to Manchester, thanks in large part to the use of varsity starters, by a score of 37-14. Corinne Ulerick and Cyaira Wolford each scored 5 points. The JV drops to 4-2. The Lady Warriors get some much needed practice time to prep for a varsity only contest at Rochester on Saturday. Tip off is at 6pm.
