Winamac Athletics- Home of the Warriors

The Winamac Varsity team hosted Lakeland Christian Academy and battled them to a 1-1 tie. This was a physical battle where the Warriors had several opportunities to score, but were not able to capitalize. Winamac was able to keep pressure on Lakeland Christian by keeping the ball on their end for most of the game. The defense was strong as usual winning several of the balls that could have given Lakeland Christian more scoring chances. Jaybin Hines scored Winamac's goal and Hutch Martin has 6 saves for the Warriors. Winamac's next game is on Monday September 28th when they travel to Culver for a conference matchup. The game is scheduled to start at 5:30.
