Winamac Athletics- WARRIOR MENTALITY

Leftover frustrations from the Tomahawk tournament this past weekend left the Warriors short Tuesday at Tippecanoe Valley. Winamac's serve-receive struggled against Valley's strong, deep servers and lack of touches on the block left our defense scrambling to get any ball up that they could. While Winamac may be taking their lumps now, there were still some bright spots on the night. Senior Lauren Fredel had her first career solo block, McKenzie Hinz ended the night with 8 kills and 3 aces and Piper Link added 3 kills and 9 digs. Warriors are back at home Thursday August 25th against Morgan Township.
