Winamac Athletics

The Winamac Varsity Football team was back at home Friday night, playing host to Caston. The Warriors picked up their third win in a row, defeating the Comets 28-22. Talen Garner and Jadon Jones scored on touchdown runs, Maddox Buciniski scored on a touchdown pass from Cash Roth, and Jones also scored on a 100 yard interception return. Max Gearhart and Garner added two point conversions. Defensively, the Warriors were led by Tucker Fox and Jones. Winamac will finish up the regular season next Friday at home against Triton.
