Winamac Athletics- Home of the Warriors

The Winamac Varsity Soccer team traveled to Argos and lost 3-2. The host team was able to get 2 goals on the Warriors before Jaybin Hines was able to score a goal cutting their lead in half just before the first half ended. The second half proved to be a back and forth battle with the Warriors getting several opportunities to score. The Dragons were able to sneak through the Warrior defense putting them up 3-1 before the Warriors were able to get another goal by Sean Stark to close out the scoring. Hutch Martin had 8 saves for the Warriors. The Warriors next game is on Tuesday September 1st at home against Lakeland Christian.
