Winamac Athletics

The Winamac Varsity Football team was on the road Friday night to take on the undefeated West Central Trojans. The Warriors came away with a win by the score of 22-14. Talen Garner and Maddox Bucinski scored on touch down runs, and Tucker Fox scored on a touchdown pass from Cash Roth. Roth and Addison Allen added 2 point conversion runs. Another strong effort was turned in by the Warriors' defense, allowing just over 100 total yards and 14 points. Tearson Wolford, Tucker Fox, and Max Keller led the defense on the night. The Warriors will be back at home next Friday to take on the Caston Comets.
