Winamac Athletics

After three weeks on the road, the Winamac Varsity Football team played at home on Friday night against Culver. The Warriors defeated the Cavaliers 45-14. The victory was a total team effort offensively, defensively, and on special teams. Jadon Jones scored on a touchdown reception from Cash Roth, two rushing touchdowns, and on a 2-point conversion run. Maddox Bucinski, Talen Garner, and Addison Allen also scored on touchdown runs. Tucker Fox scored on a safety. Allen and Roth also added 2-point conversions runs, and Charlie Disinger converted an extra point kick. Another strong team defensive effort was led by Fox, Allen, and Max Keller. The Warriors will be back on the road next Friday, taking on the West Central Trojans.
