The Winamac Warriors MS Track team notched two more wins on the season by defeating North Judson and Knox 59-57-21 at home on April 30. The Warriors used their depth, scoring in 12 of 13 events to edge North Judson. Leading the charge on the night with first place finishes were Brody Bonnell in the 1600 and 800, and Brantley Doty- Discus, Jon athon O'Keefe-High Jump, Messer Loehmer-200, Walker Desabatine-400, and the 400 relay team: Bitterling, Lynch, Nunn, Loehmer. Second Place: Messer Loehmer-100, Walker DeSabatine Long Jump, Brantley Doty-Shotput Third Place: Jonathon O'Keefe-110 Hurdles, Seaver DePoy-1600, Carter Lynch 200, Jason Bitterling Long Jump, Kaleb Rice- Discus Fourth Place: Ethan Showley-400, Seaver Depoy-800, Mason Christopher-High Jump, Ethan Showley-Long Jump "Warrior of the Meet" is Walker Desabatine. Walker is a versatile athlete that competes wherever he is at. He makes everyone around him better by being a good teamate. The Warrior move their record to 5-0 heading into the final week of competition before HNAC.
