Winamac Athletics

The winamac girls xc team had a great race today finishing 3rd overall out of 34 teams Kouts took 2nd and Westview was the top team. Maggie Smith led the girls today with a 1st place individual finish. The rest of the girls weren’t far behind with the next 4 girls finishing just the top 30 Top finishers for the girls were: Maggie Smith - 1st Kadence Hoover - 7th Kelsey Wegner - 17th Kandace Kroft - 18th Claire Goodman - 30th Avery Wegner - 32nd Lily Bennett - 49th The Winamac Boys cross country team finished third 14th overall out of 36 teams. Westview took the first team place with Pioneer finishing second. Logan Fredel led the boys with a 26th place finish Top finishers for the boys were: Logan Fredel - 26th Nathan Pierzchalski - 28th Dylan Guilford - 30th Corbin Holehan - 121st Joel Showley - 164th Both girls and boys competed in the class A race.
