Winamac Athletics

Winamac's JV Football team travelled to Pioneer on Saturday morning and came away with an 18-16 win against the Panthers. Tearson Wolford scored on a touchdown run and had an interception return for a touchdown. Parker Zeider completed a touchdown pass to Ivan Cardenas. Defensively, Cooper Kopka came up with a punt block to seal the win. Also playing well and gaining valuable experience were Louis Rugg, Josh Crawford, Chase Allen, Hayden Taylor, Logan Schambers, Charles Nufer, Kale Federer, Nathan Depke, and Michael Shidler. These young men showed a lot of effort and determination in picking up a big win!
